I tried this vest idea when I saw it on the Operation Write Home Ustream video. I just had to try this tutorial! It's the first one I've made and I'm definitely going to change it up a bit. I'd like to get more cards up here soon, but for now I'm working on getting an etsy shop up and running.

Dash of Green
For my newest card today I wanted to do a card with a tiny splash of color. I've been starring at these three papers for awhile unsure of what I wanted to do with them. I decided to make a card that can be used for almost any occassion. I pulled out one of my Stampin' Up sets for this project. I'm still debating on what I'm going to do with the leftover paper from this project. I've got enough to make one more card. Lately I've been looking at new card techniques and layouts trying to come up with my next project. If I can get at least 10 more followers I'll hold a challenge with some wonderful prizes!!!! How hard can it be to get 10 more people to follow my blog? Anyways onto today's card....

Just Hanging Around
Well, the card challenge at Card Cupids is Anything Goes. How could I not pass that up? Those challenges let you be as creative as you want. The monkey on this card was made by a fellow crafter using her Cricut, but now that I've gotten one I can make my own for cards. I did this color combination because I'm in need of more masculine cards. I made a bunch over the weekend with varying papers and digi images.
On anotther note I'm still thinking of some challenges to do on this blog. Anyone have anything they'd like to see?
I know the picture of this panda card is horrible, but it gives you an idea of what I did with one of Card Cupid's digis. I loved the ones I received in a contest and I'm enjoying everything I can create with them. The possibilities are endless! If you get the chance their blog is worth looking at.

Three Cards and One Challenge
Ok I loved the Clean and Simple challenge this week. Now the one thing I really needed was more masculine cards for my friends and family so that's how I came up with the colors for this card. Plus you can't have too many birthday cards in your stash!
The first card is an any occassion card and the bottom one is going to get added to my Christmas card stash for this year. I'm slowly adding to it. The top card I inked the edhes and added the gem stickers from my stash. Everything used on the cards in this post came from my stash since I'm trying to downsize it.

Tagged and Stamped
Ok here's some exciting news! I'm going to be creating a bunch of cards tomorrow with my friend Allie!! I'll probably have a ton of pictures to post tomorrow. We're planning on donating all of the cards we're making. Ok onto one of the cards I made yesterday...
I love this stamp paper! What else can I say? I'm not quite certain what section of my file box this will go under just yet, but I can't wait to use the scraps left over from this project.
I haven't put the insert on the inside of the card yet, but the card itself if you can't tell by the picture is a dark purple. Again everything came from my stash. I'm hoping to put a huge dent in it tomorrow though!
Hope everyone is having an amazing week!!! I've been teaching.
